INDICATIONS:

Reduction of symptoms associated to infectious processes, improving of animal welfare and restoring productive parameters to standard levels.

It is indicated for

  • Animals affected by infectious diseases with inflammation, hyperthermia, pain and loss of appetite.

  • Post-vaccine reactions

  • Heat Stress

COMPOSITION: Combination of phytochemicals substances, Minerals and Amino acids.

Iridoids terpens 250 mg (Combination of  Harpagophytum extract, salix cortix); Glycerol 200 mg; Lysine 28 mg, Magnesium Chloride 25 mg ; Salycin 15 mg; Gentian Root  4 mg; Glutamine 3 mg; Glycine 2 mg; Histidine 1.8 mg, L Cisteine 1.5 mg. Excipientes c.s.p: 1 ml

ACTION MECHANISM:  iridoid Terpens are a group of phytochemical substances with beneficial effects for the animal health and are quantified in titered extracts of Harpagophytum, Equisetum, salix Cortex, Olive and Gentian root. Among the properties that are attributed to these compounds are analgesic, antipyretic, anti-inflammatory and appetite stimulant

Its action mechanism is by inhibition of  cyclooxigenase-2 (COX-2 , enzyme  responsible of the production of prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) and nitric acid in inflamed tissues coursing with pain, fever and inflammation.

Amino acids Lysine, Glycine, Glutamine and  Histidine , decrease and soften the response of pro-inflammatory activity cytosine produced by monocytes and macrophages , modulating the inflammatory stimuli and neutralizing the catabolic effect or destruction of the cellular tissue caused by stress.

The inclusion of Magnesium enhances the anti-inflammatory action. Several studies refer to the significant reduction in the concentration of the C- reactive protein, interleucine-6 (IL-6) and fibrinogen that are important markers of inflammation, with Magnesium consumption. Concluding that with higher consumption of Magnesium there is a lower level of inflammation.
